Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid USPS return shipping label provided at the end of the portal process and attach it securely to your package.
Pack and Ship
Place your items in their original packaging if possible and drop the package off at any authorized USPS location or blue collection box.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
